Suggest Remedy For Swollen Black Eye After Falling Head First

Day before yesterday I fell head first into my closet door. I actually felt my C-spine compress and then release. It was fine, but a weird sensation since I had never felt that before. Anyway, I woke up yesterday morning with a swollen black eye. The blood has moved down just a little. Should I go see a doctor or is it something that just needs time to heal?Oh.....and, today, I feel like I have been run over by a truck!!!!

it is conjuctival hematoma. self limiting, so notreatment is requered. if any swelling onhead then cold compression can be given. black eye will slowly improve and become normal. itmay take 15to 20days.
