Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Temple And Blurred Vision

Got hit in the top part of the temple by someone else s head and there was swelling and blurred vision to the opposite eye then swelling went down. I have had headaches lately and am feeling foggy or dizzy. When I touch the spot where I got hit and put some pressure on it, it still hurts. This is about 3 to 4 months later. Ideas?

Since it has been few months,and the problem has not gone away,this calls for some investigations and CT scan head to rule out intracranial bleeding if necessary.

Welcome to HCM portal.
Since this has been few months this needs looking into,Neurological checkup,eye examination including fundus examination and investigations including plain XRay skull or if indicated,CT scan head.Some intracranial bleed is also to be ruled out.
