Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Sagging In Upper Eye Lids

I am 62 years old 5 5 and 130 lbs and a non-smoker. I had upper and lower Blepharoplasty and a facelift on August 5, 2014. On the upper lids of both eyes I have swelling/sagging tissue. What can I do to help alleviate this and will it go away with time? Also, I have severe bruising under both eyes; suggestions on what to do? I have been sleeping at a 45 degree angle since surgery, but I have not used cold compresses on the area since the first week. Should I use warm compresses now?
