I had a severe migraine on Wednesday. I slept it off since I couldn t even keep fluids. Since then, I have been extremely fatigue, trouble walking and thinking straight. I was sent home from work twice. Is there anything I can do for the fatigue? The headache is gone, but should I still go see a doctor.
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having migraine. This requires treatment by the use of anti-migraine drugs and analgesic drugs. The fatigue and dehydration will resolve once the acute episode of migraine subsides. Use of fluids and multivitamins will help in this condition.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you With regards
