General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, Pseudomonas infection of the urinary tract has to be controlled via intravenous antibiotics with supportive care irrespective of fever status otherwise it will harm rest of the kidney function as well as systemic side effects to sepsis stage.

* I strongly recommend to undertake a second urologist opinion and proceed for the hospitalized treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
