Suggest Remedy For Pressure In Forehead And Difficulty On Focusing From Far And Close

I seem to have trouble with my eyes. I can't seem to focus on things both close and far and have a little pressure in my forhead. I feel like my head is in the clouds all day. I'm on the computer aprox. 8 hrs a day so I'm thinking it has something to do with it. I had this happen to me before about two years ago, and it seem to go away on its own in about 2-3 months.
Any advice would be appriciated.

you are having refractive error. refraction is to be done and proper recommended corection can be taken as specs. if the problem is due to refractive error you will improve after using specs.
