Suggest Remedy For Persistent Headache

I was working in the yard today for about 6 hours with a couple breaks, I had water. When I came inside I had a headache. I took a shower and rested for about an hour. Shortly after my rest, I got dressed and went to church. I still had a moderate headache, but when I got home it seemed worse. I had a vowel of cereal and took a Tylenol.......waiting for the headache to subside, should I do anything else?

Dear
I am sorry for the symptom you suffered
I don't think you have reason to worry too much
In my opinion it should be tensive headache due to over stress ( hard working)
You can use pain killers to avoid such as ibuprofen
If it still persist or became frequent it will be better to contact your doctor and start treatment for some days
Anyway it isn't something which can put you under risk
Hope my answer helps you
Best regards
