I'm a 59 year old male that gets an intense pain in both nipples whenever they get cold that aches through my chest. It last until they warm up but strangely I can get some relief if I put my cold hands directly on them. There's no discharge or discoloration. This is not new. It's been going on for a few years and I have never found anything on the Internet that matches my symptoms.
