Suggest Remedy For Pain In Back And Neck
I was getting my daughters hat from behind the washer and stood up and crashed my head into the shelves above. It killed but then head pain went away and shooting pain down my neck and back occurred. I can barely turn my neck now. Should I see someone or is this normal and will I feel better in the morning? Thank you

I saw your message.It seems you had a muscle sprain over neck.You can take a muscle relaxant like t.Myoril MR twice daily for 3 days,along with Sumo Local application spray.If it persists after 3 days then meet a orthopedician.
