I had surgery for my fissure problem. It showed infection in the wound after two weeks of surgery. Doctor prescribed me Antibutic. Taking the Antibutic, I felt that I was getting better. after taking the Antibutic, doctor saw me and said there is no more infection that she could see but the wound is still there. I still had a little drainage specially hours after BM, I though the infection has gone and drainage is from the poop after BM. Now, after two months of my surgery, I noticed some yellow bloody drainage with pain at the same area and again buring at the wound point espacially while BM. I feel like the infecion came back at the wound location. What should I do ?

My doctor didn't prescribed any ointments for the area after surgery and while I had infection.
