Suggest Remedy For Lumps On Shoulder Blade

Before this soft lump was just on the left side of my should blade close to my neck , now its obvious, i see another lump on the right side of my shoulder blade. Its very soft to touch and when i raise both my shoulder almost touching my ears, i won t see the lump but if i just let it down normally i can see both side the shape of a lump. When exerting effort , i feel pain.
