General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it could be any of the following lesions - cystic formation (sebaceous or keratinous type), lipoma (fatty deposit) or fibroma (fibrous tissue formation). other lesion types must also be ruled-out, such as malignancy. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation. diagnostics (imaging) and management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
