hello Dr., I am having headache sometimes. Before it comes i have vision problem.After that severe pain starts. pain stays upto 12to24hrs. i had all test and scans.all are normal.i dont know what to do. now i have hairloss problem also. thanks in advance.

Headache associated with vision problem is typically seen in migraine. The visual symptoms like blurring of vision, flashes of light are common in prodromal phase of migraine.
This requires treatment by anti-migraine drugs like ergot alkaloids. Since it seems that you are having these symptoms for a long time use of prophylactic drugs like flunarizine will be helpful in your case.
