Suggest Remedy For Headache In The Middle Of Head

I have a severe headache that has been occurring for the last 8 hours. It's coming from the middle of my head and behind my right eye. I also have a twitch on my right thumb, I don't know if that is related. When is the point where I should go see a doctor?

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. Any new-onset headache needs to be evaluated. I would suggest you see a doctor to find out the cause of headaches.

If there is vomiting, blurred or double vision, weakness of arm or leg or fits, then, you should see the doctor on an emergency basis.

A CT or MRI scan of brain may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
