Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Sleeping Due To Breathlessness

Yes, when I head to sleep, I feel the need to push it off as much as I can. Thats may just be an entire issue itself. Though it may have to do with the sleeping. When I go to sleep, I start to feel my breathing slow down and I start to doze off. Then, usually within minutes or seconds of sleeping, I wake up gasping for air. Realizing I stopped breathing or was slowed enough where Subconscious needed to intervene. When This is the case, I tend to always notice the back of my throat is swollen and is in a kind of soft state, much like a pillow itself, blocking the air path. This doesn t happen every night, most of the time, its a lesser problem, like how I need to push a pillow away and then find an odd position to sleep in, the farther into the sleepy state I get. I almost feel as though I wish I didn t have to sleep, because it just makes me feel like crap when I go through this, day in and day out.Right now I work at a job that switches scedules often. And that is becoming taxing, it switches from 2pm-11pm to say 7am-4pm sometimes even in that order. I had the issue before this. But last night, I was in such a hellish state of trying to sleep and gasping out of it, I hit myself as such a fool. Since there wasn t much oxygen going to my head at the time, I didn t make that choice very clearly. I assure that is no concern.Anyways, that is a very detailed query and I hope you can help.

This case can be treated with homeopathy successfully.
OPIUM in potential dose make u free from gasping stages at the sleep begins.
Then after avena sativa will help u to go for a restful sleep.
