Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Eating And Drinking

since about monday i have felt really sick but not actually able to be sick, i cant eat or drink without making it worse, at times i find it really difficult to swollow any thing including fluids, the only other symptoms i have are when i feel like im about to be sick i get really hot but nothing else, please help?

As in question you didnt mentioned your gender and age group , i can advise you in general.
If you r feeling difficulty during swallowing then you should go for barium swallow test.
In that your oesopha gus is visualised after ingestion of barium so can findout any pathology if it is there like plummer vilson syndrome, any growth surrounding oesophagus etc.
Then consult an ent surgeon.
