Suggest Remedy For Burning Penis Area

I feel a burning sensation on my penis, but only when I have to use the bathroom. The head of my penis is red. I've been with my wife for 5 years and I've only had two sexual partners my whole life, my wife and the person before her. These symptoms are recent so I can rule out an STD. I feel like it is a UTI but I'm not sure.

Hai,
As the common caus for pain in the penis possibly the any infection in the head of the penis and foreskin and also urinary tract infection.
since you got the symptoms of redness and pain suggestive of balanitis (swelling of the foreskin, or head of the penis).
kindly do urine culture to rule out any infection too.

avoid use of all perfumed soaps, lotions, or powders, as they are often are a cause of foreskin irritation. Use only warm water for cleansing.

you need physician assistance to help in medication after examining the area.
regards
Dr.S.Senthilnathan
