Suggest Remedy For Bitter Taste While Eating Food And Drinking Water

I don t know what to eat since most foods taste bitter. Sometimes even drinking water is a chore so I drink flavored Vitamin water. I feel like I am not getting enough nutrition since I don t feel like eating most foods. I cannot season foods so usually don t try to cook. What can I do to keep eating foods that I need to get stronger? I have 4 chemo treatments left.

Good morning,
I read your history in which you mentioned taste alterations (bitter taste) for most of item...
For that there may be many reasons...like
1. Bad oral hygine
2. Oral cavity infection
3. Any physical illness like malaria typhoid etc
4. Any drug
5. idiopathic
6. Some psychiatric distubance
For that detailed eavalution of history n examination is necessary so please consult physician for that...
2 nd thing you think you may not get properl nutrition n all
But still you didn't mention your wight n any history of loosing wieght etc...
Still for proper nutrition I give eg you ll take morning breakfast like pauva omlet with tea milk etc
Than lunch like around 3-4 roti dal rice dahi one bowl than again in evening light breakfast n at night dinner same as above...
But this should be according to your lifestyle n energy need...
So for tgat you should make a diet plan with the help of dietician...so please consult dietician once...
