If you are certain that it is a bacterial tooth infection, you will need a course of antibiotics. Since antibiotics are not available over the counter, you will need a prescription from a doctor or dentist.

Hi,
I have gone through your query, can you clarify how you know that bacteria is in the teeth???
Bacteria can be removed by Simple Brushing and Hard Form of bacteria can easily removed by Ultrasonic Scaling.
