yesterday i spun my nephew around and i felt dizzy as everyone does and just a little bit sick which usually happens,but it never went away further into the night it got worse when i move my head it makes be feel dizzy,unstable and sick and my head is banging with a headache.when i chew and move my eyes it tends to hurt,my face is burning and i have a temperature but i am cold and my cheeks are very red.i thought id let you know im 13 if that makes any difference my mum said it might just be a bit of a bug or my periods but ive never really been dizzy like this before i do suffer with bad headaches almost migraines.Please let me know if you think you know what is wrong with me and how long i will have it i would be extremely grateful.Thankyou :)
