hi doctor i want to lose weight i am a woman 38 years old my weight is 85 and height 170 i have 3 children i delivered them by surgery the younger one 4 years and the biggest is 14 . during bregnancy i gai to much weight and i cant lose it quickly. so i need your help.

Hello, Thank you for writing to HCM What you should follow: Do not skip meals. You can include lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Use wheat flour to make roti or bread or try recipes with oats. Drink fresh juice without sugar and soup with your meal.
What to avoid: "avoid white " Avoid curd, rice, maida/refined flour, icing, milkmaid, cottage cheese, and cheese Avoid potatoes. Avoid fruits such as mango and grapes. Concentrate on thing you like, involve yourself in some activities. Do exercise for healthy living. Keep track of your diet and exercise in a dairy or phone app, this will make you more confident if you diet and exercise regularly.
