Suggest Medications For Pain In Forehead & Sinus Infection

I sat on my exercise ball and accidentally rolled me and hit my head on tile floor. Has been over a week now and I feel very slight head pain on forehead for 1 second only and goes away also feels like sinus problem and a feeling of fullness when I eat my meal.

Hi,

Your headache might be due the minor hit happened. I advice you to:
* start a course of antibiotics (Augment 375mg thrice daily) for 5 days. Watch symptoms, if needed can change the antibiotics.
* tab. Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily
* Use Nasivion spray 2-3 drops thrice a day
* Steam inhalation
* Analgesics like Ibuprofen for headache
* Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
