Hi
It is difficult to give an answer with insufficient informations.

The blood tests reports will give sufficient clues to the diagnosis.

It could be some chronic infection or could be some blood cells disorder.

It is advised to see the doctor with the blood tests reports and discuss in details any abnormal findings .

Thank you
