So in giving my answer I have to assume that a diagnosis of migraine has been made by your doctor and accept is as correct. In that case Imigran would be a much more appropriate medication to treat your migraine attacks, the triptan class of medications to which it belongs are the most suitable for that purpose, more effective than codeine.
