Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.
I can understand your concern. The persistent headache after injury can be managed by
: Apply icepacks at injury site. It will reduce pain and swelling both
: You can take painkiller like
Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription. It will reduce swelling and pain both
: Keep head at higher level than chest to reduce swelling.
: Take rest. Avoid work which requires concentration.
If still no relief,
consult doctor to rule out any underlying
fracture or bleed. He will rule it out by CT head examination.
Regarding water like feeling in ear, it could be due to
: ear clots
:
ear infection or pus in ear
:Sometimes traumatic fluid collection in ear can cause such feeling with headache.
You should
consult ENT specialist to rule out above mentioned causes. Avoid ear picking. Keep it dry.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
If any doubt, do let me know.
