Suggest Medication For Bump That Is Caused Due To Burning

I burned my wrist (area above hand) about 10 days ago. It was from boiling hot coffee. It about 5 inches in diameter. When the dark skin started peeling, small, red bumps appeared. I used Antimicrobial Silver Solution but the bumps still sting and are spreading. I fear this is an infection. What can I do to treat this? Please help, I am very worried. Picture below.

first of all , avoid doing dressings at home as chances of infection increase with this. i would recommend you to take oral antibiotics like amoxycillin. if things does not improve than show to a plastic surgeon. Some time steroids are also used to prevent scarring.
