HIV virus is sensitive to the atmospheric changes. So it won t survive even for few minutes in the atmosphere. But you have to do good dressing and cleaning to the cut part. It will prevent the bacterial infection. And cures the wound as early. Please take care as other injury won t occurs on it. Otherwise it will become difficult to cure it early. You can use cefixime, aceclofenac tablet for pain and healing under your doctors guidance. Using of dettol and betadine is also helpful while doing dressing. This also adds you in healing.
