Suggest Me Treatment For Insomnia As Alprax Is Not Working
I have been taking alprax 0.25 since one year, as I feel restlessness in the night and I take half of the alprax 0.25 and then I can sleep.I don t want to get addicted.So I am reducing it s quantity. Now I have heard that alprax will not be available at chemist stores easily. Now I am worried .What I will do if I get restless at night.Is there any other solution.

sleep is a habbit so please do physical exercise regularly and meditate daily and regular diet at fixed times and try to sleep atleast 8 hrs will help you to sleep at night
