Suggest Healthy Weight Loss And Exercise Regime

Hi, i'm seventeen years old, and i think i've been trying to lose weight since i was in sixth grade! :( i'm very unhappy with myself and wish to have a flat stomach. yes, i realize what needs to be done to lose weight healthily. But, I can never seem to reach my goal. I used to run three miles a day and i got down to 116 lbs, but i was always hungry and tired, excersise and body image ran my life (still didnt have flat stomach)! now, i am 124 (ish) lbs. (i say that b/c i know you should gain a few lbs during the day due to water), my measurements are

waist-28

hips-34

bust-34

height 5'3"

do i have any reason to believe i am unhealthy? what advice can you give me? i just don't wanna be forty and still obsessed with my image. :(

Nothing is wrong with you sir...you are toattly perfact...if you wanna flat belly than do proper exercise in proper way...fat from belly is hard to reduce...so you should do something good in proper way...for that you should do exercise which involve belly muscle predominanatly like seat ups n all...for that you should consult gym teacher or gym proffessionals.they teach you how to do these exercise n how much time you can do.they make shedule for you...
