Suggest Eye Drops For Redness Of Eyes

I am suffering from REE in both my eyes for the last several years. I have been using Genteal gel at night along with Refresh eye drops, Optive eye drops and Systane ultra drops. I have to keep using the drops 3-4 times in a night. Is there something better which lasts through out the night and which does not have preservatives. Also which is available in India.

It seems from the history that you are having dry eyes and you are on treatment for the same with artificial tears eye drops. All the eye drops you are using like genteal gel, refresh eye drops, optive eye drops and systane ultra are without preservatives and can be used.
If the condition is not responding then you need to use cyclosporine eye drops under the supervision of ophthalmologist.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
