I am 18 years old my problem is that i'm doing this thing every day is there any problem with this
also i have very low weight i have only 35Kg?and i'm very nervous and in the same time i feel my heart is like a fire even when i'm sleeping please tell me what is my problem and thank you very much

Please, what is it that you are doing everyday? It would be interesting to know and factor it into our reasoning as we work towards identifying a cause for your low weight. With your heart always on fire, every during sleep, it may be suggestive of a possible hyperthyroid state. I will suggest that you contact a doctor for full evaluation about this. If you could answer my question, i may be able to provide more information before you leave for the doctors.
