I am a 63 year old female with gastrointestinal problems (indeterminate Crones) and active GERD that causes spasms vomiting and having to sleep sitting up at night. I am a vegetarian-no fish or chicken. I have gained 25 lbs in the past 3 years. I am 5 4 and weigh 147 now. I have never had a weight problem prior to this. I am looking for the proper foods to eat to lose weight that are vegetarian and can help my digestive problems. Can you help?
