Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank-you for providing the brief history of you.

a thorough musculoskeletal assessment is advised.

As you have pain in feet this can be due to one of the possible reasons and needs a thorough assessment.

1. increased uric acid levels
2. Calcaneal spur
3. plantar fasciitis
4. disc degenerative changes.

After a thorough assessment we can come closer to the cause and the treatment will be guided according.

With simple medication and physical therapy most cases recover and get maximum functional ability.

In my clinical experience we get patients with such feet pain and post thorough assessment treatment is planned and majority responds well to physical therapy.
