Suggest Cure For Infection In The Eye

I've had problems with my eyes for about 10 months now. They become very sticky and sore, every morning when I wake up there is green discharge coming from them, and this has been going on for months. During the day they become very sore, and sensitive, they would also become watery. What could this be? I've been to the optician and she gave me eye drops, which helped at the time for a few seconds but didn't clear, it just came back. I've had it for months now, and It is quite sore. I'm only a teenager. Any ideas on what could be happening?
Thank you.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having sticky and sore eyes with green discharge from the eye.
These symptoms indicate infection of the eye in the form of conjunctivitis.
This requires treatment by the use of appropriate antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
