Suggest Cause & Remedy For Headache With Red Eyes & Neck Pain In Children

My 9 year old is complaining of headache and neck pain. We spent the weekend caring for her cousins, 3 and 1/2 year old triplets. One has C-diff (just released from hospital) and the other 2 have rotovirus. Can the headache mean that my 9 year year old is under the weather from being around her cousins? Headache started at 5 pm yesterday and she didn t sleep well last night. Eyes are red. Thanks

Hello,

In my opinion, fatigue or any viral infection may cause such symptoms in children.

These symptoms should improve within a couple of days. If they persist, your daughter should be seen by the Pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
