General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

White discharge or mucus in urine is indicative of infection, UTI or kidney stone, Chyluria, IBS, STI or bladder cancer.

Visit ER, get physically examined, get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done to assess the pathology. Your treating doctor may tell you to do STD tests & imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
