Suggest A Remedy For Severe Pain From The Elbow To The Wrist
Feeling intense pain on arms from elbow to wrist. Hands hurt as well. To agonising ontensity. Then they are numb for days. Thiz happenned first time same dag i tried slamming t for first time. Not a coincidence. Whats happenningv and how to relieve pain?

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the wrist. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also recommend to maintain the area immobilized to prevent further damage. I suggest using cold compresses for local application.
