Small Red Ball Of Blood In Tissue With Which Vagina Was Wiped After Urination. Chances Of Infection?

Hi
I was at the mall today when I suddenly had the urge to pee. I went into the restroom and did my business. after wiping my vagina, I noticed a small red ball on the tissue. I squashed in between my forefinger and my thumb (not suspecting it could be blood), after squashing it, I realized it was blood. Horrified after this unfortunate realization, I quickly wiped my fingers with the very same toilet paper, however, there were no cuts on my fingers.
In those very moments of panic, I wiped my vagina again, with the same toilet paper but folded it so as to use the dryer parts of it.
I'm scared now because what if some of my urine penetrated the toilet paper (which was very thin) and the blood touched my vagina, I'm more especially terrified because in as much as the "ball" was firm, sort of a membrane, the inside contents were fluid!! help!!

Dear patient,

Unusual situation for sure. Nevertheless, with such brief contact with the "tissue", that was dry on the outside, chances of contracting an infection are not inexistent, but very, very slim. Nonetheless, you should keep an eye for signs as abnormal discharge, pain in urination, bloody urine, sores, etc in the area.

Yours truly,
