Sick, Head Hurts, Effecting My Vision, Nauseous, Ears Also Get Hot. Suggestion?

Hello doctor I've been feeling very sick for the past 2days now. My head hurts and starts spinning effecting my vision at times and my body feels very weak along with my stomach that feels nauseous at times. My ears also get hot from time to time and I get the chills on top of my head any idea as to what may be wrong here?

As from the history you have given of headache, dizziness, blackouts of vision, nausea, chills indicate severe fever because of infection.
I advice you to consult physician for further examination and treatment accordingly.
Do consult immediately as your symptoms are severe.
