Should I Go To ER As I Fell And Hit The Head And Have Headache And Pain On Face?

Fell backwards and hit back of the head first and then then body on hardwood floor. Cant move neck. Severe headache and pain on right side of the face. Feels tingling on shoulders and pain when moving hands. Today is the 3rd day. Should I see go to ER.

should go for MRI brain. With the result consult your family physician. You must have spondilytis use hard bed do not take pillow. can take hot phomentetion on neck.take combiflam tablet after food for 5days.
