Should A Surgery Be Done For Swelling In The Right Eye?

Hello Doctor My wife was suffering from RIGHT CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS and undergone an a surgery of RIGHT CONCHA BULLOSA REDUCTION WITH RIGHT LIMITED FESS in June 2016 (report enclosed as Annexure-I). She is continuing with Flixonase Nasal spray daily twice. She was ok then till Dec 2016. Since last one month, she has again having a swelling in the right eye with some dirt in the morning. As the day proceeds, the swelling disappears. We did a a CT Scan of PNS and enclosing the report (report enclosed as Annexure-II. Please advise regarding the seriousness and whether a repeat surgery is required.
