Should I Worry About The Mole Under My Big Toe That Is Growing ?

Hi Doctor,

I have a mole under my big toe nail which I noticed about a month ago, my nails have been painted since then and I've just taken the nail polish off and the mole is still there, I think it has grown a little bit. It is dark brown and is not a round shape (its' about 2mm x 3mm). Should I be worried?
