Should I Start Medication If TSH Value Is 4.84?

I have my age is 32 years and I have thyroid test done . My TSH is at 4.84 reference range ( 0.30 to 5.5) . T4 : 7.9 : reference range (4.5 TO 12.0) T3 : 114 : reference range (60 TO 200) Comments : Suggesting Thyronormalcy I m wondering whether my TSH is slightly elevated with having T3 /T4 at normal levels .Do I need to start any medication??

As your TSH is in the normal range besides T3 & T4. Therefore in my opinion you donot need any treatment as far as thyroid is concerned.
