Should I Immediately See A Doctor For A Painful Lump On The Hand?

I was stretching my arms then my hand started to hurt i looked down to see a hard lump sticking out of the back of my hand with my thumb and the next two fingers going numb should i go to the hospital today or should i wait and see my family doctor tomorrow

Most possible likely ganglion around the wrist. There is no need to visit ER, you can consult your family doctor by appointment and use ice application till that time for pain relief.
