Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is related to urinary infection with or without calculus in the urinary tract (probably with cystitis) not normal or bladder shrinking.

Take necessary care as follows to get better faster.
• Consume plenty of liquids as possible
• Keep genitals clean and dry
• Avoid exposure to excess heat
• Cranberry sachets once daily in a glass of water with citrus fruits help

In our clinic we recommend certain antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents, urinary alkalizers according to the case evaluation and need. Use washroom as and when necessary, do not withhold urination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
