Is Discharge At The Penis Tip A Symptom Of STD?

Sep 22 had unprotected intercourse. Sep 26 went to health clinic for tingling and discharge in penis, visually diagnosed with urethritis. Given antibiotics. Sypmtoms clear for 3 days. Tested negative for Chlamydia and gonorrhea. Then after the 3 days I notice a small bit of discharge at the very tip of penis. Went to planned Parenthood and tested negative for Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich, and syphilis. At this visit I was give the 2 antibiotic pills and the antibiotic shot. As of now I still notice what looks like discharge at the hole of the penis when I squeeze the tip of the penis a little bit. Do I still have an STD or is this something different/normal

Hi,

Even after the appropriate treatment also discharge can persist for a few days with less intense. If it persists even after a week after the treatment we can suspect drug-resistant strains. Tests results cannot rely on 100%.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
