Hello
It seems from the history that you had injury to right eye following which you are having small pupil and sluggishly reacting pupil.

This indicates injury to the muscles of iris or inflammation of the eye following injury like traumatic iritis.

This requires examination by a eye doctor and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment.
Thank you
