I have pins and needles in my left hand more little finger than anything, I have also fealt very bloated over the last few days I went to have my eyes tested yesterday as over the past few weeks I have had two incidents in which my left eye had a streaming of silver lights but passed after 10 mins each time, I feel very sluggish and seemed to have all of a sudden put 5llbs on too ?

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. Sudden weight gain, feeling sluggish and neurological symptoms could raise the suspicion of a possible thyroid gland dysfunction. I will suggest that you talk to your doctor and get your thyroid gland checked. For now, healthy diets, more vegetables and fruits alongside regular exercise on most days of the week would help you control the weight gain.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
