Randomly Having Electric Shock Sensation In Outward Corner Of Eye. Taking Lipator, Baby Aspirin, Vitamin B-12, Omega3. Reason?

I randomly, during the day, have been having an electric shock sensation in the outward corner of my right eye.
Early this week the shock was to the left outward corner of my left eye. No vision change, nor headache. Just a quick surge. I take lipator, baby asprin, Vit B-12, Omega 3, Mulit-Vit (Centrum 50+), just started Vit D for the winter.
Thoughts?

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
This might be one of the neuralgias- most probably trigeminal (especially you experience when you wash your face) or any of the facial neuralgias.I suggest yuo meet a neurologist for further management.Hope this helps.
