hi i turned round as i was bent over picking a sponge up earlier really cracked my head of the door frame the sponge went flying i remember seeing it go down the stairs but was dazed and on the floor only for a second or 2 and had bit my tongue in the impact only minor bleeding though, that was at midday i am still in pain with a headache and have a sore neck aswell and feeling exhausted!!!!
